Listen, to fully conquer stress, you need several tools,
that I call the "Three Keys to Conquering Stress". Theses resources give you
help and support for the mind, body and spirit. I personally believe that whatever affects the mind
affects the body, and whatever effects the body, effects the body. Everything is connected.
Key # 1 - First, you need to get stress under control. As a result of your up bringing
or life challenges, your subconscious mind may have learned less than optimal
ways of responding and reacting to stressful situations. If you respond and react to stressful
situations with fear or anger you need to build your courage or release the anger.
If you are feeling the impacts of traumatic life circumstances you may need some support to
help you deal with the emotional effects of setbacks and disappointments.
If you have lowered self-esteem or find yourself worrying, you need to learn how to
rebuild your self esteem and stop the worrying and over-thinking.
Key # 2 - So you know how to set boundaries, and create a vision and plan for your future,
you need life skills that I call the "12 Core Skills for a Solid Foundation".
These skills will give you direction, confidence and hope.
Key # 3 - You may need to give your physical body the
nutritional support it needs so you can remain relaxed, focused and energized.
Stress can quickly deplete nutrients in your body and put stress on
various glands, organs and your immune system. Nutrient depletion can burn you out, make you
feel anxious or fatigued.
