What sets the Tranquilities Series a step above traditional Guided Imagery products, is that Tranquilities gives you the option of including your personal religious or spiritual faith into the imagery.
Every Tranquilities Series CD has three tracks. Track 1 allows you to incorporate your own personal faith into the imagery, while Track 2 has these references removed. It is your choice. Track 3 is just the music and environmental sounds.
In Track one, you are given an opportunity to invite God's presence before proceeding with any imagery. Then an Old Testament scripture is read. During some of the imageries, you picture and imagine God or angels are assisting you. During this time, you can use images that are appropriate for you.
During any stressful event, calling upon and utilizing your own religious and spiritual beliefs are beneficial. Tranquilities gives you this option.
